Executive Summary

How we got here

Since 2022, we’ve been building and operating fan engagement apps for the world’s biggest esports teams, brands and creators.

While building apps for superfans, we found that 90% of a brand's audience sits dormant: passive followers the business has no data on, no real relationship with, and no way to monetise.

FanBase Copilot solves this by helping creators and brands turn the silent majority of a fanbase into engaged, identified, monetisable fans.

We are now spinning Copilot out as an independent company and raising a $1M seed on a $7M post money SAFE to scale it.

The problem with large communities

Fans are scattered across socials

Fans are invisible. With followers scattered across Discord, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, every drop, sponsor activation, or sales push goes out as a mass broadcast. Conversion suffers, because real intent lives in personalisation.

Community management does not scale. Managers drown in DMs and mentions. Most communities go cold between campaigns because no one can keep them alive 24/7. Teams either burn budget on headcount or let engagement die.

No system turns activity into intelligence. Existing tools automate transactional interactions. None of them build memory, resolve identity across platforms, and help teams act on what they learn fan by fan.

“We have millions of fans, but lack visibility on what drives them to buy merch, interact with sponsors…”

Max Small

Head of MarketingTeam Liquid

“My community is just too big to even keep track of messages on Discord, DMs, mentions… so I feel I’m not really connected to my fans.”

About the product

FanBase Copilot

We're building an agentic platform to manage and grow digital communities. It connects to every channel where fans live, builds a live CRM for each one, and turns that context into personalised action at scale.

Copilot listens to every DM, comment, mention, and post across platforms. It builds a profile for each fan, automatically. And it acts on that data, drafting outreach, launching campaigns, and triggering automations on your behalf.

Every interaction makes the product valuable. More activity, richer profiles, sharper personalisation leading to better engagement and monetisation.

How we win - the moat

01

We know the market. We already work with esports teams, creators and brands. We know the pain points and how to sell to this audience.

02

We unify fan identity across platforms. We unify fan activity across socials into one live profile.

03

Memory that compounds. Every interaction enriches the fan profile, making Copilot sharper with every message processed.

04

Action based on insights. Copilot leverages fan data to trigger outreach campaigns and automate the most painful repetitive tasks.
